    PAYMENT:

    Online payments are handled by the payment gateway ComGate. The provider, ComGate Payments, a.s. company, is a licenced Payment institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments handled by the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.

    Payment by card:

    The fastest online payment method. Enter your cards credential into the payment gateway ComGate. Everything is secured according to the 3D Secure Standard and you will probably be asked to enter a number code, that you'll receive via SMS from your bank.

     

    Payment via bank transfer:

    Immediate payment via internet banking. The payment gateway ComGate will redirect you in to your online banking, where you will log in the usual way and confirm the prefilled bank transfer. 

     
    Shipping:

    For shipping our goods we use two transport companies – Messenger and Packeta. Both calculate the shipping price according to the weight of the packages.

    MESSENGER

    • will usually deliver before 17:00 the second day after the order has been shipped.
    • you can add a preferable time of delivery in the "enter a note for vendor" field while finishing your order (For example you can have your order delivered to your workplace if you enter the delivery address and you can write your working hours as a note for delivery)
    • the messenger will call you before the delivery

    • 1 – 10 kg       149,5,- Kč
    • 10 – 20 kg        224,- Kč
    • 20 – 30 kg        299,- Kč

    Orders above 4 000,- Kč have free shipping!

     

    Packeta - Pickup points

    • the delivery time after the order has been shipped depends on the transports company busyness
    • the higher the number of bottles the higher the risk of damage to the package in transport
    • We do not ship order above 8,8 kg.
